  • Worked in a group of 8 to develop a ML model to predict protein function from protein sequences
  • Collaborated using GIT & Notion, learning effective design & communication skills for large-scale ML development projects
  • Implemented a baseline model to allow the team to understand possible features to be engineered from protein structure, sequence, or protein-protein relationships
  • Implemented a model using a CNN for transformer base
